Programs for Adults
The library offers several programs for adults. Regularly scheduled events include a book discussion group, a knitting group and a yoga group. Other programs are scheduled throughout the year and include computer classes, author talks, gardening and craft sessions and political forums. Check the calendar for these special events.
Book Club
 The library's book club meets on the first Monday of the month at 7:00 PM. The group chooses the books which range from biography and memoir to new and classic fiction. Selections for the first quarter of 2012 include The Six Liter Club, The Elegance of the Hedgehogand and Unbillable Hours. The group is always open to new members.
 
               
 
 
Hiking Group
 
                                                             


Knitting & Crochet Group

 The needlework group meets each week on Thursdays at 7:00 PM from mid-September through May. Beginners and experienced knitters are welcome. Projects have included socks, scarves, felted purses, cabled items and knitted lace.  
 

 Yoga

Casey Prock leads a basic yoga class every Wednesday morning at 6:30 at the library. Beginners and more advanced students are welcome and everything you need is provided. Call the library for more information.
