The library's book club for adults has been ongoing for several years and members read mostly contemporary fiction and non-fiction. It meets on the first Monday of the month at 7:00 in the library's Stokenbury Meeting Room and is open to all.

A knitting/crochet group meets each Thursday at the library. Members work on their own projects and beginner through accomplished needle workers are welcome.

A belief that a healthy body and a healthy mind go hand in hand has prompted the library to offer two programs aimed at getting adults to move more. Hikes to area trails are offered during the spring, fall and winter.Contact Susan Unger if you are interested in hakingThe Blue & You Fitness Challenge takes place from March through May.

The library offers computer classes for adults on an ongoing basis. The most popular is Introduction to the Personal Computer; but, several other classes have been offered including Intro to Microsoft Word, Intro to Spreadsheets and Using Facebook.
